About Derian Keyms

The Founder and Managing Director, Derian has over 20 years experience in the Human Resources arena. Starting her career with Tesco as a Staff Manager, Derian honed her HR skills with a number of blue chip organisations. Before launching her consultancy business, Derian spent four years as HR Director of Burberry, a position that significantly contributed to the fundamental change processess supporting the notable revitalisation and repositioning of the Burberry brand.

Derian is an active member of Business Network International and also sits on the London Skills and Employment Forum and participates in the LCCI Employment Working Party, which regularly contributes to Government employment initiatives and pending legislation.
