Costs
We believe in transparency. We will always let you know our rates in advance, together with an estimate of how long we think the work will take to do. Our pricing policy is based on ... a daily rate...or by project... or by product (for example, a customised employee handbook).... or our Membership programme. The daily rate varies according to the type of service that you need and how much support you'd like - and of course is pro rata'd for work under or over a day. Telephone support, in or outside business hours, is also available. Our initial consultation is free of charge. For more detailed information, contact us.
Membership Programme
Our Membership programme is designed for clients that need an annual level of HR support, and the option of further assistance at these preferential rates. There are two levels of membership, but both benefit from regular, concise news updates and regular invoicing - together with a “rollover” method so that unutilised telephone support or time can be used when needed. Our "health check" is an HR diagnostic tool that prioritises those HR areas requiring attention - and is included in the Membership cost for our retained clients.
